Our commitment

Decisyon is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

decisyon.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with proper heading structure and landmarks.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
• Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA for body text and interactive controls.
• Forms with associated labels, instructions, and accessible error messages.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user setting.
• Modal dialogs with focus management, Escape-to-close, and scroll locking.
• Descriptive link text and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on decisyon.com may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to resolve the following:

• HubSpot embedded forms (used on contact and lead-capture pages) are rendered by a third-party script. Their accessibility is controlled by HubSpot and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Jotform embedded forms (used on trial and demo request pages) are rendered by a third-party script. Their accessibility is controlled by Jotform and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

Compatibility

decisyon.com is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and with assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
