Alex leads Decisyon's mission to revolutionize traditional industries through intelligent digital transformation. Under his leadership, Decisyon has become a pioneer in deploying low-code, AI-powered solutions that turn operational data into strategic business outcomes for global manufacturers. He has forged alliances with Microsoft, AWS, Schneider Electric, and GE. With 30+ years across high-tech startups and established data-driven corporations, Alex previously served as President & CEO of DAVID Corporation. He holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering (Utah State), an MS in Civil Engineering (LSU), and executive coursework at MIT Sloan and Harvard Business School.

Max brings 20+ years of experience in enterprise software, infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures. As CTO he owns Decisyon's global technology strategy, product architecture, engineering leadership, platform security, and technical delivery. Max drives the design of Decisyon's AI-first, Kubernetes-native platforms and is the chief architect behind scalable deployments in industrial environments, including Decisyon's proprietary AI-powered IDE used by global enterprises. His work sits at the intersection of machine learning, LLMs, and real-world manufacturing intelligence.

Andrea leads global sales strategy and brand positioning. With two decades in industrial and manufacturing sectors, he specializes in discovery, value positioning, solution design, and ROI-driven business cases — engaging directly with clients on-site to identify operational inefficiencies and articulate the value of digital transformation. Andrea has supported the digital evolution of 20+ global manufacturers including SKF, Johnson & Johnson/Kenvue, Stevanato Group, Abafoods, and cameo (Dr. Oetker Group). He joined Decisyon in 2008 and was appointed VP of Sales & Marketing in 2023.

Giampiero is a proven leader with deep understanding of manufacturing operations across pharmaceutical, food & beverage, automotive, consumer, and industrial sectors. He specializes in merging lean production principles — value creation, pull systems, workflow optimization, goal alignment, and continuous improvement — with the Decisyon platform. As Process Quality Manager from the company's start, Giampiero led Decisyon to ISO 9001:2015 certification. He has led projects ranging from single-plant implementations to programs across 200+ sites worldwide.

He previously founded Crystal Brook Capital Partners (2014), was Portfolio Manager at Artha Capital Management, Managing Director at Coeus Capital, and Partner at Generation Partners. Rob holds a B.B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Michigan and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

Ron has 30+ years of executive leadership across Dell, Priceline.com, and Standard & Poor's. At Dell he ran an $8B B2B division growing 20% per year. As CIO of Priceline for 11+ years he helped grow market cap from $100M to $30B, fueled by 4,000+ software innovations per year and 10+ acquisitions. He has also been CTO of Standard & Poor's and now runs a VC firm specializing in big data and applied AI.
Erik Jansen
Advisor
Erik has 20+ years of technology investing experience. He is co-founder and Chairman of Ultra Capital LLC, focused on sustainable real-asset projects in energy, water, waste, and agriculture. He previously co-founded the venture arm of Pequot Capital and was Managing Partner of RockRidge Capital. He holds a BBA from Nijenrode (Netherlands) and an MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business.

He co-founded Ciena Corporation (DWDM optical networking), structured early funding for Millicom (global mobile rollout), co-founded The Immune Response Corporation with Dr. Jonas Salk, and co-founded Myriad Genetics (discoverer of the BRCA1 breast cancer gene).
